
A great shake for the morning, afternoon, or in the evening. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsweetened flax milk or unsweetened almond milk
- ½ banana
- ⅓ cup gluten-free old fashioned oats
- 2 scoops Dr. Christianson’s Adrenal Reset Shake
- 1 tbsp raisins
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 cup ice
Directions:
- Add ingredients into a blender.
- Blend until smooth (30 seconds or so).
- Enjoy!
