I sat down to write a daily update for today and realized that things are settling into a groove. Changes are not happening as quickly as they were a few weeks ago. The time for me to write daily updates about COVID-19 has passed.
Mind you there are plenty of daily developments unfolding, but not ones that change what you should do.
You can expect regular ongoing updates of our blog, podcast, and videos. I will resume our primary focus on thyroid care and natural health. As situations warrant I’ll also put out special updates regarding COVID-19.

In the meantime, keep it up with shelter in stay and social distancing. Please note that the CDC just reported that 13 feet may be a safer goal than 6 feet. I do also suggest keeping your pantry stocked, and having a plan in place for a home Antiviral Protocol (Click Here for Details).
It looks like May and June will see us gradually returning to normal activities. We can expect a probable relapse in July or August. Now at least we know what to expect.
Despite all this, the world has not stopped. New findings have still been coming out about thyroid disease and I’ve been staying on top of them.
